Flip-Top Fixtures

Hand operated: part is loaded onto the mask and clamped down by our designed hinge system. We determine what is the easiest way to hold the part to the mask. Then the masked is then flipped over by hand and ready to paint. Depending on the part we can have parts loaded onto a rest pad (A base of holding part into position) and a Nickel Electroformed mask would come down covering area that does not want to be painted.

These are the simplest form of fixtures that can be made for masking off parts. Flip top fixtures can be made stationary or can be made on heavy-duty casters for easy movement.  Each Mask is tested for accuracy of the paint line before being shipped. 

Masks are made of Nickel electroform and Stainless steel.

Fixtures that hold the mask is made of Steel and painted.
