Clear-Coat Fixtures

                ClearCoat fixtures are made of Nickel electroform and Stainless steel. Each Electroform is made specifically to hold the part for easy loading and unloading of the part in a conveyer system.  Each Electroform is made with built in locators, so parts do not fall or become damaged during operation. Fixtures are designed so that it withstands cleaning process for long life and use. Depending on size and requirements we are able to add multiple electroforms on each fixture, right hand and or left hand parts.
